Infytrix operates the Mark8IQ platform — a unified commerce intelligence suite for UAE and GCC marketplace sellers. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in connection with our website at infytrix.ae and our platform services.

Platform usage: When you access the Mark8IQ platform as a subscriber, we collect account credentials, usage data, and interaction logs necessary to deliver our services.

Marketplace API data: Where you have granted us explicit authorisation, we access marketplace data through official API programmes. This is governed separately in Section 4.

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to enquiries and provide information about our platform and services
• To schedule and conduct product demonstrations
• To onboard and support active Mark8IQ subscribers
• To process and evaluate career applications

We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Infytrix connects to marketplace platforms (including Amazon.ae and Noon) through official, authorised API programmes. All marketplace integrations are seller-initiated — meaning you explicitly approve our access before any data is retrieved.

• We access only the data scopes you explicitly authorise through the marketplace's OAuth 2.0 consent flow
• Marketplace data is used solely to deliver your subscribed Mark8IQ services
• We never share marketplace data with third parties outside of delivering your services
• You can revoke our access at any time through your marketplace account settings
• All marketplace data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in delivering our services — such as cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics platforms. These providers are contractually bound to process data only for the purposes we specify and in compliance with applicable UAE data protection law.

We may disclose personal data where required to do so by UAE law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority. Where possible, we will notify you of such a requirement before complying.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include:

• Encryption of all data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher
• Encryption of data at rest using AES-256
• Access controls — data access restricted to authorised personnel only

• Enquiry and contact form data — retained for 24 months from last interaction
• Active subscriber data — retained for the duration of the subscription plus 12 months
• Career application data — retained for 12 months from submission, then securely deleted
• Marketplace API data — retained only while you are an active subscriber and API access remains authorised

Upon expiry of the relevant retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right of rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right of erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
